Haim Rousso
Chairman
Elbit Systems Executive Vice President for Engineering and technology Excellence. Haim Rousso has held the position of General Manager of Elbit Systems Electro-optics – Elop and Executive VP of Elbit Systems Ltd., since 2000. During a 36 year career at Elop, he held a wide variety of senior positions, In October, 2003, Mr. Rousso was awarded the prestigious Israeli “Industry Prize” in recognition of his leadership role in positioning Elop as the global leader in electro-optics. Mr. Rousso is an active member of the Israeli National Council for Research and Development. Mr. Rousso holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
 


 
Shai Schiller
Director

Shai has been the CEO and Chairman of leading organizations in Mobile and Medical Technology, Financial Instruments, Real estate, Investments and Renewable Energy including: Comverse APAC and Billing divisions, Geo Interactive (Emblaze), Concord Ventures, BlogTV (Tapuz), Neurovision, Greensol, Capital Nature, Keo Capital , Pekka Holdings. A director in Terrogence, IXI mobile and Proteologics.On the Board of the Israeli Mobile Association since inception. Shai Raised US$700 million for companies and ventures in Israel, USA, APAC and Europe. Responsible for Annual revenues of over US$200M, Shai lived for 7 years in Washington D.C. and 5 years in Hong Kong.

 
 


 
Jack Gelman
Director
JACK GELMAN is the director of a solar energy and renewable energies developer and investor called Yarotek, LLC. He is also the founder of Forestal Soledad in Caracas, Venezuela. Forestal Soledad is a group of companies in the forest products industry with over 500 employees and $80 million in assets. Mr. Gelman graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela as a Mechanical Engineer and studied for a Master degrees on Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Additional he participated in the 3 year OPM Program at Harvard Business School.
 
 


 
Udi Gat
Director
Chairman of the Eilot Regional Council since 1999 and chairman of the Eilat Eilot Renewable Energy administration.Prior to this he was the Business manager of Kibbutz Ketura, Manager of regional date and mango packing factory, National Secretary General of the “Hatzofim” (Scout youth movement) as delegate of the Kibbutz Movement . Udi has been prime mover in the field of renewable energy in the Eilat-Eilot region during the past few years; recently received two awards for these activities. Udi holds a BA in economics and management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
 


 
Ronen Nakar
Director
Ronen joined Direct Insurance Financial Investments Ltd. (“DIFI”) In 1995. He had a various positions in the group, including the positions of CFO of Adgar investments and Development (the real estate arm of the group) and Zur Shamir Holdings (the mother company of DIFI).
Since 2010 he holds a position as CFO of DIFI and Zur-Shamir Holdings Ltd.
Ronen holds a BA degree in Economics & Accounting and MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University.
 


 
Dr. Benjamin Keren

Dr. Keren is a co-director of Rafael’s newly-formedenergy initiative. Until recently, Dr. Keren served as a senior Vice President and Division Manager at Rafael, managing 1300 employees, including 600 scientists and engineers. Prior to that, Dr. Keren held many other senior positions within Rafael, including areamanager and chief research engineer. During his tenure at Rafael, Dr. Keren initiated many high-tech projects for the Israeli defense forces and international clients. Dr. Keren holds B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. degree in Materials Engineering, and Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the Technion – Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
 


 
Shai Levy
Director
Mr. Shai Levy has been the CEO of ProSeed Venture Capital Fund Ltd (traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as TLV:PRSD) since 2012. Mr. Levy has a key role in managing ProSeed fund’s investments, deal flow, financing and M&A as well as serving on a variety of companies Board of Directors in a wide range of industries.
Mr. Levy gained broad-based management experience with investments in the U.S, Europe and Israel in various sectors mostly focusing on High-Tech, Real Estate and Family Office.
Prior to Joining ProSeed, Mr. Levy served as the Chief Financial & Investment Officer for the Tahari Family in New York for over 5 years, as Director of Financial Reporting & Compliance at the Deutsch Inc, New York (a part of Interpublic Group NYSE:IPG), auditor at PwC, New York and at Ernst and Young Israel.
Mr. Levy holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance from Tel-Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
 


 
Merav Kaye

Merav has the breadth of experience in the realm of project management and business development as an experienced professional who worked for a large telecoms company in the past and as an investment manager in her current role within Consensus Business Group, a leading UK investment group.Merav brings to the table the vast experience in mobilising companies from small Start Ups to IPO stage and beyond.  Further experience is demonstrated by value floatation of invested companies.As Merav sits several boards, she has the benefit of her pivotal position within a vital business stakeholder network.Within her previous role, Merav managed in 012 Smile Ltd broad organisational projects focusing on benefits delivery to top management whilst practiving methodical and highly professional project management skills.
 


 
Netta Cohen
CEO
Netta Cohen – CEO, BGN Technologies – Technology Transfer Company of Ben-Gurion University. Appointed CEO of BGN in 2004, Netta Cohen has significantly increased the University’s technology transfer programs, creating relationships with international corporations around the world. In the fields of information systems and communications, BGU now has relationships with global powerhouses such as Deutsche Telekom, EMC, IBM. On the Bio-pharma domain, a number of BGU patented technologies are now in clinical trials and hope to be in the marketplace soon. Prior to joining BGN, Mr. Cohen was VP of Pharma-Israel, The Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies Association. Previously, he was the Director of Finance & BizDev for Novartis Consumer Health and Gerber Baby Food at its regional offices. He began his managerial career at Kibbutz Harish, where he served as its General Manager. Mr. Cohen currently sits on the boards of BotanoCap, MediLogos, Rotec, Inner-Eye and other privately-held companies. He also sits on the board of Deutsche Telekom Innovation Labs at BGU. Mr. Cohen holds an Executive MBA from the University of Bradford, UK, and a BA in Economics from Ruppin Academic Center.
